STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — After taking home top honors in a nationwide designer competition, Anjela Drobot of High Society Salon garnered the title of “Beauty Envision Awards Bridal Style 2023 Winner” at a prestigious annual competition for beauty industry professionals in Las Vegas.

Senator Jessica Scarcella-Spanton presented a Certificate of Recognition to High Society Salon on January 30, 2024, for its 45th anniversary. The certificate acknowledges the salon for its outstanding service and contributions to the community.

The award-winning team, led by artistic director Anjela Drobot, styled the models for John Paul Ataker’s show at New York Fashion Week. Their sculptural, ultra-polished updos perfectly complemented the designer’s extravagant and feminine runway aesthetic.
